What You Think About

How often do you think about what you’re thinking about? Do you let your mind run aimlessly? Like letting the water run while you’re brushing your teeth? Often we just let our minds just go. Just let it flow with every second. We let things in and out of our brains without filters. It’s all those subconscious thoughts that run rampant that will ruin or make your life amazing. How often are you listening to complaints, bad news, terrible news, the worst news ever… you get my point? Most of the time, the noise just subconsciously becomes ingrained in our energy field. Become more “mindful” of your surrounding noise.

Have you noticed how much better you feel when you become aware of the food you’re eating? Your body feels lighter and energized. The same goes for your mind. Feed it with beautiful music and pictures, positive people, and happy thoughts. Learn to find the beauty in the ugliness of the world. Be mindful of all your senses. They feed your thoughts and what you think about every second of the the day. You become what you think about! So, think of love, happiness, freedom and abundance!
